Launching of the Website of 20th CRSI National Symposium in Chemistry

CRSI National Symposium in Chemistry (CRSI-NSC) is a series of highly successful and one of the best attended symposia in chemistry that started in 1999 at IISC, Bangalore. The symposium has grown in size over the years and has attracted over 1000 participants in recent years, thus transforming itself into the most important annual Chemistry Symposium in India.

Gauhati University is delighted to host this 20th CRSI National Symposium in Chemistry for the first time in North-East India from 2nd to 5th February, 2017. The scientific program will consist of plenary lectures, various medal lectures, invited lectures and poster presentations and will be held in B.K.B. Auditorium, Gauhati University.

In connection with the symposium, its website was launched by Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of Gauhati University, Dr. Mridul Hazarika on 15th September, 2016 in the seminar room of the Department of Chemistry, Gauhati University. The event was attended by the Head of the Department, Professor Birinchi Kumar Das; Convener, Professor Prodeep Phukan and other faculty members of the department, research scholars and students. With great pleasure, the Hon'ble Vice-Chancelor of Gauhati University extend invitation to the chemistry fraternity to participate in this mega event.

  2. I am a student of Dibrugarh University and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D work in Chemistry under my supervisor Dr. Pankaj Das. I am interested in participating in the 20th CRSI conference due to be held from the 2nd of February, 2017. As per the instructions stated in the website for abstract submission I have prepared my abstract but due to some reason I could not find the link for the abstract submission process in the option stating 'Abstract Submission' in the website. Sir, kindly help me with this problem so that I can submit the abstract in the desired format.
